Our privacy policy is structured as follows:

III. Information on data processing
Your data processed during the use of our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies, there are no statutory storage obligations to the contrary, and no subsequent conflicting information on individual processing procedures is provided.
External Hosting
This website is hosted externally. The personal data collected on this website is stored on the servers of the hoster(s).
This may primarily include IP addresses, contact inquiries, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website access, and other data generated via a website.
External hosting is carried out for the purpose of contract fulfillment towards our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast, and efficient provision of our online service by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
If corresponding consent has been requested, processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TDDDG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user's terminal equipment (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TDDDG. The consent can be revoked at any time.
Our hoster is:
Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, Netherlands
Cookie Manager
To obtain consent for the use of technically unnecessary cookies on the website, the provider uses a cookie manager.
When the website is accessed, a cookie containing the setting information is placed on the user's end device so that a prompt regarding consent does not have to be displayed on subsequent visits.
The cookie is required to obtain legally compliant consent from the user.
The user can prevent or stop the installation of cookies by adjusting the settings of their browser.
Cookies
a) Session Cookies
We use so-called cookies on our website. Cookies are small text files or other storage technologies that are placed and stored on your end device by the internet browser you use. Through these cookies, certain information about you, such as your browser or location data or your IP address, is processed to an individual extent.
This processing makes our website more user-friendly, effective, and secure, as the processing enables, for example, the display of our website in different languages or the offering of a shopping cart function.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR, provided that these cookies process data for contract initiation or execution.
If the processing does not serve contract initiation or execution, our legitimate interest lies in improving the functionality of our website. In this case, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.
When you close your internet browser, these session cookies are deleted.
b) Third-party Cookies
Cookies from partner companies, with whom we cooperate for the purposes of advertising, analysis, or the functionality of our website, may also be used on our website.
Please refer to the following information for details, in particular regarding the purposes and legal bases of processing such third-party cookies.
c) Option for Removal
You can prevent or restrict the installation of cookies by adjusting the settings of your internet browser. You can also delete already stored cookies at any time. The steps and measures required for this depend on the specific internet browser you use. If you have any questions, please use the help function or documentation of your internet browser or contact its constructor or support. With respect to so-called Flash cookies, however, processing cannot be prevented via the browser settings. Instead, you must change the setting of your Flash player. The steps and measures required for this also depend on your specific Flash player. If you have any questions, please also use the help function or documentation of your Flash player or contact the manufacturer or user support.
However, if you prevent or restrict the installation of cookies, this may result in not all functions of our website being fully usable.
Contact Inquiries / Contact Option
If you contact us via contact form or email, the data you provide will be used to process your inquiry. Providing the data is necessary for processing and answering your inquiry – without its provision, we cannot answer your inquiry or at best only to a limited extent.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.
Your data will be deleted if your inquiry has been conclusively answered and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory storage obligations, such as in the case of any subsequent contract processing.
Online Job Applications / Publication of Job Advertisements
We offer you the opportunity to apply to us via our website. In the case of these digital applications, your applicant and application data will be electronically collected and processed by us for the purpose of handling the application process.
The legal basis for this processing is § 26 para. 1 sentence 1 BDSG in conjunction with Art. 88 para. 1 GDPR.
If an employment contract is concluded after the application process, we will store your data transmitted during the application in your personnel file for the purpose of the usual organizational and administrative process – naturally in compliance with further legal obligations.
The legal basis for this processing is also § 26 para. 1 sentence 1 BDSG in conjunction with Art. 88 para. 1 GDPR.
If an application is rejected, we automatically delete the data transmitted to us two months after the announcement of the rejection. However, deletion does not take place if the data require longer storage of up to four months or until the conclusion of legal proceedings due to statutory provisions, for example due to the burden of proof under the General Act on Equal Treatment (AGG).
The legal basis in this case is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR and § 24 para. 1 No. 2 BDSG. Our legitimate interest lies in legal defense or enforcement.
If you expressly consent to a longer storage of your data, for example for your insertion into an applicant or prospect database, the data will be further processed based on your consent. The legal basis is then Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. However, you can of course revoke your consent at any time pursuant to Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR by declaring this to us with effect for the future.
Server Data
For technical reasons, in particular to ensure a secure and stable website, data is transmitted to us or our web space provider by your internet browser. These so-called server log files collect, among other things, the type and version of your internet browser, the operating system, the website from which you switched to our website (referrer URL), the page(s) of our website you visit, the date and time of the respective access, and the IP address of the internet connection from which our website is used.
This data collected in this way is stored temporarily, but not together with other data about you.
This storage takes place on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality, and security of our website.
The data will be deleted again after seven days at the latest, unless further storage is required for evidence purposes. Otherwise, the data is wholly or partially excluded from deletion until the final clarification of an incident.
General linking to profiles on third-party websites
The provider uses links on the website to the social networks listed below.
The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The provider's legitimate interest is to improve the quality of use of the website.
The integration of the plug-ins takes place via a linked graphic. Only by clicking on the corresponding graphic is the user forwarded to the service of the respective social network.
After the customer is forwarded, information about the user is collected by the respective network. This initially includes data such as IP address, date, time, and page visited. If the user is logged into their user account of the respective network during this time, the network operator can assign the collected information of the user's specific visit to the user's personal account. If the user interacts via a "share" button of the respective network, this information can be stored and, if applicable, published in the user's personal user account. If the user wants to prevent the collected information from being directly assigned to their user account, the user must log out before clicking on the graphic. There is also the option of configuring the respective user account accordingly.
The following social networks are linked by the provider:
LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland, a subsidiary of LinkedIn Corporation, 1000 W. Maude Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94085 USA.

On our website, we use Google Fonts to display external fonts. This is a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to simply as "Google".
In order to enable the presentation of certain fonts on our website, a connection is established to the Google server in the USA when our website is accessed.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the optimization and economic operation of our website.
By establishing a connection to Google when accessing our website, Google can determine from which website your inquiry was sent and to which IP address the presentation of the font is to be transmitted.
